The Writing Finger Hath Writ

The novel is done. I think. I hope. I pray. I've just completed putting in all of Michelle's edits. Tomorrow, I'm gonna read back through it again one more time, looking for those pesky typos that seemed to hide everywhere. No matter how hard I look, no matter how many times I look, I still miss one...or two...or more. It gets a bit embarrassing. But, once I've checked it thoroughly one final time, I will begin submitting it to agents once again. The question I have is whether or not to submit it to agents that I've already submitted it to? Some of them said some very encouraging things about it. Should I shoot it to them in the hopes that they will take another look at it? Or are you never supposed to re-query and agent who has already turned you down? I don't have the answers to these questions, and I don't know where I can find them out. *sigh* this writing business is like trying to get into a secret club. If you get the signs and passwords just right, then you get to come in. Otherwise.... And those who have gotten in become strangely close-lipped and unhelpful. Funny how that works. Oh well, such is the life I have chosen...or maybe it chose me. The jury is still out on that one. At any rate, this week I begin querying again.
